Frauenanteil in Führungspositionen bei Lufthansa Cargo.

Zum Ablauf der gesetzten Frist am 31.12.2020 stellt sich der Frauenanteil bei Lufthansa Cargo wie folgt dar:

Der Frauenanteil im Vorstand der Lufthansa Cargo übertrifft mit 33% die ursprünglich in Höhe von 0% festgelegte Zielgröße deutlich.

Der Frauenanteil im Aufsichtsrat der Lufthansa Cargo beträgt 41,7% und übertrifft damit die vom Aufsichtsrat festgelegte Zielgröße in Höhe von 30%.

Für die 1. und 2. Führungsebene unterhalb des Vorstands lag der Frauenanteil bei 17, 4% bzw. 26,1%.

Auf Basis des Status Quo am 1.11.2018 wurden für eine Frist von 5 Jahren vom 1.1.2019 bis zum 31.12.2024 folgende Zielgrößen für den Frauenanteil festgelegt:

  • Aufsichtsrat  30%
  • Vorstand         0%
