Proportion of women in management positions at Lufthansa Cargo.

At the end of the set deadline on December 31, 2020, the proportion of women at Lufthansa Cargo is as follows:

At 33%, the proportion of women on the Executive Board of Lufthansa Cargo significantly exceeds the target originally set at 0%.

The proportion of women on the Supervisory Board of Lufthansa Cargo is 41.7 percent, exceeding the target of 30 percent set by the Supervisory Board.

For the 1st and 2nd management levels below the Executive Board, the proportion of women was 17.4% and 26.1% respectively. 

Based on the status quo on Nov. 1, 2018, the following targets for the percentage of women were set for a period of 5 years from Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2024: 

  • Supervisory Board 30%
  • Executive Board 0%
