What is changing:
The manuals for BUP500, BUP500+ and BUPairmail have been comprehensively revised and are now available in a new format.
Revision 1 includes a complete restructuring of the manuals, removal of redundancies and a summary of major updates at the beginning. Starting with Revision 2, changes will also be highlighted within the document text.

Lufthansa Cargo offers an application that assess if weight spreading is required for build-up.
The application runs on devices such as desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, Android warehouse scanners or mobile phones. It requires one-time connectivity when opened (WiFi or mobile data) and can then be used without the connection.

- Guidance on the use of Fire Containment Covers (FCC) for ELI/ELM shipments on the main deck
- List of Special Load Codes required on the ULD tag
- BUP500+ only: PAJ added as an approved pallet for vehicle shipments
- BUP500+ only: additional instructions for lashing of Automobile Transport Boxes
