Terms applicable to rates and other charges

    Other charges can occur in addition to the agreed freight rates and surcharges, e.g. concerning the handling at export, transit or import. This document provides a summary of applicable charges, including general, product related and country specific fees.
  • Rate and price conditions:
    Terms applicable to rates and prices valid for all bookings based on 020-AWBs regardless of the booking channel.
