Our Lufthansa Cargo eServices portal allows you to make routine bookings electronically (eBookings). eBooking makes routine bookings so much simpler and easier. You will find an overview of the bookable products here.
As an air freight agent, you can book shipments quickly and reliably 24/7 using eBooking on our eServices portal. We will send you an email to inform you about the status of your shipment.
Unfortunately, this booking channel is not open to private or industrial customers due to statutory requirements and security regulations.

DGR booking request
The Lufthansa Cargo eServices portal allows you to start booking requests for your various dangerous goods shipments quickly and easily online. If you also upload a Shipper’s Declaration (DGD), the data required for a booking will be processed even faster.

There you will find a complete overview of all requested and valid spot rates. In addition, you can make your online booking 24/7. Your data will be automatically transferred to eBooking to ensure that you can access it quickly.
AWB & HAWB Data Capture
Our eServices application “AWB & House - AWB Data Capture” takes you a major step closer to IATA’s e-freight program and compliance with a variety of new customs requirements. Capturing and transmitting air waybills (AWBs) and house air waybills (HAWBs) electronically speeds up and improves all processes within a shipment. The eServices solutions not only increase efficiency but also save time and money at the same time.
The new data capture application is not just a one-sided solution. It can be used to create templates for AWBs and HAWBs that can be used time and time again.
By creating a customer file, you only need to enter the address of the shipper or consignee once, which means that you can quickly and easily issue air waybills or house air waybills on subsequent occasions.
Furthermore, the tool allows you to manage AWB stock independently so that you can generate export, master or house air waybills. Of course, the tool also allows you to consolidate HAWB and MAWB data. After sending, you will immediately receive notification that your data has been successfully transmitted. You will also receive an automatic message in the event of syntax errors so that you can correct and resend the data.
