eHM (electronic house manifest)
Paperless, digital, efficient.
The eHM (electronic house manifest) replaces the paper house manifest, also known as consol manifest, usually attached to the document pouch, with FHL messages. The original HAWBs inside the pouch are not affected by this (according to TACT rules).
With eHM, customers deliver consolidated shipments (CSL) without paper MAWB and paper house manifest. Pouches containing e. g. paper HAWBs are still accepted and transported accompanying the shipment, fees may apply. If necessary, Lufthansa Cargo provides the equivalent paper house manifest at destination.
