What is changing:

Starting January 18, 2026, communication regarding after sales topics will be handled via a new central email address:
[email protected] 

This update is part of our commitment to making communication with us simpler and more convenient for you.

Please note:
The specialized email addresses currently in use will be phased out and deactivated after a transitional period.

From January 18, 2026 please direct all after sales inquiries to the following email address:
[email protected]

This change aims to simplify communication and ensure inquiries are processed more efficiently.

To avoid delay in receiving our responses and prevent messages from being filtered as spam, we recommend whitelisting the new email address.

How to whitelist:

  • Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe sender list.
  • If you are using a corporate email system, please ask your IT department to allow emails from the domain @lufthansa-cargo.com
  • Check your spam or junk folder and mark our message as "Not Spam" if necessary.
