• Comprehensive temperature profile: Monitor a detailed temperature profile from the moment the shipment is received at the origin (RCS) to delivery at destination (DLV) to ensure optimal conditions.

• Access to the latest recorded data: Stay up to date with the latest recorded data, allowing for giving you immediate insights and enabling proactive measures to maintain the integrity of your temperature-sensitive cargo.

• Unified platform: Access all data and insights via a single, user-friendly platform, simplifying the monitoring process and saving time and effort for your logistics team (Lufthansa Cargos' eServices -> Track -> smartULD).

• E-Mail-Alert to Pharma Control Tower: If the cool container registers a temperature deviation, an alert message is automatically sent to the Pharma Control Tower to re-check and to contact immediately the station where the container is located or is on its way to. This is valid for all 125 Active Temp Control stations. 

Exclusive Customer Service & Pharma Control Tower for Active Temp Control shipments booked with the Add-on Service smartULD 

• Exclusive access to our Pharma Control Tower for inquiries about Active Temp Control shipments and Passive Temp Support via email to temperature.customer-service@lufthansa-cargo.com.  
• Inquiries about shipments at all 125 Active Temp Control stations can be made via this single point of contact (valid for the additional booking of our Add-on Service smartULD only). 
• 24/7 monitoring: the exclusive monitoring by our Pharma Control Tower tracks all Active Temp Control shipments and Passive Temp Support in transit in our hubs, BRU, FRA and MUC. In the event of a discrepancy with the transport plan, the Pharma Control Tower contacts the respective station.  
• Container checks including temp readings are also tracked.
